With the Tritech you will find a team that believes our people are our biggest asset, their wellbeing and safety is one of our fundamental core values. We believe that excellent health and safety performance is key to our success.
Tritech operates on the premise that all incidents and injuries are preventable. Our goal is to perform our work with no harm to people, no damage to property and to the environment. It is our policy through leadership, training, and application of our management systems, to ensure that Health and Safety is fully integrated into the conceptual design, engineering, and execution phases of all our projects, and nurtures a positive safety culture throughout the company and our subcontractors.
We are committed to conducting business in a way that is proactive about protecting the health and safety of our employees, subcontractors, clients, and the community. Executive Leadership Team, management and employees are committed 100% in a collaborative effort to being an industry leader in health and safety and in turn ensuring a safe and healthy workplace. A job is only well done if it is done safely.
Each and every individual is responsible to confirm understanding and execution of HSE roles and responsibilities, there is no exception. Our employees are responsible, authorized, and required to STOP work immediately if they become aware of an unsafe act or condition that could place anyone in danger or if they are not confident in the work plan.
Our Safety program and performance is recognized by several provincial construction associations across Canada. Tritech holds Certificates of Recognition (COR) in British Columbia and Alberta. We are also qualified through the PICS Safety standards throughout Canada.
We have the expertise, tested safety protocols and most importantly the right people in place to meet or exceed client safety requirements in all phases of project design and execution.
